Nightclubs in Salzburg?

Hi,

I%26#39;ll be in Salzburg with a group of friends for New Year%26#39;s Eve.

Can anyone recommend one or two good nightclubs?

We are in our 20s and looking for something fun (not pretentious!) which will play dance (and/or a bit of retro stuff), and that doesn%26#39;t cost over 40 euros to enter! Not really into trance/hardcore.

What sort of clubs are on offer? Are drinks really expensive?

Based on my visit there, you better not be too picky about clubs in Salzburg.

Its a lovely place but certainlt not a party city. If you can find any club (I didn%26#39;t notice any, but I wasn%26#39;t looking either) you better just go there.

If I was looking for a place to party on NYE Salzburg would be one of the last places I would go!

I%26#39;m sure you%26#39;ll finf something to do and you%26#39;ll have fun, but don%26#39;t expect London, Paris, Berlin, etc. nightlife.

Thanks! But I%26#39;d heard there are a few good nightclubs, its just that you can%26#39;t tell they are nightclubs from the outside because the buildings are listed so there are no neon signs etc. I was wondering if anyone has been to any of them and what they thought?
