Would you please recommend a good Restuarant in Vienna ?

I would like to ask for a good restuarant which is opened in night (Maybe 2 pm.) of New Year%26#39;s eve in Vienna please. Please recommend some if you know about it. Where its locate ?

Good food, good price (not so expensive ^.^) and good condition. It would be prefect if it is not that far from the town.
