My husband and I are travelling to Vienna on 6 September 2007 and are looking at spending 2 days before we connect to an Insight tour to the Dalmatia coast on 8 September 2007. We would like to stay in a cheaper, smaller hotel which is centrally located. Can someone tell me the names of a few to consider?

You might try Pension Nossek (www.pension-nossek.at) which is reasonably priced and extremely central, right on the Graben which is one of the main (pedetrianized) shopping streets. I%26#39;ve stayed there a number of times and found it very nice. That%26#39;s probably the best value hotel right in the centre.
