Dear Mo
Be sure to take your little boy on the Fenicular up to the Fortress. It%26#39;s a short trip but children find it quite exciting. The Fortress is interesting and the marionette museum is up there too. The Fiakers (ponies and traps) might interest him too. The drivers are happy for children to approach the ponies. I%26#39;ve never been to the museum (Haus fur Natur) but everyone tells me it%26#39;s amazing. There will be leaflets available in Salzburg (probably at your hotel).
Have a great trip.
