Travel from Graz to Vienna

What is the easiest and safest way to travel from Graz to Veinna?

My daughter, 13 and I will be making our first trip to Europe this summer and will be with a group for the first 12 days, and then we will be going on to Rome.

Our last night with the group is in Graz, I have booked a 730am flight from Veinna to Rome and need to get to the Vienna airport in the early AM.

Best way Graz - Vienna is by train. trip is 200 Km plus and takes at least 2 1/2 hours.

for train info. You can buy tickets at the Graz train station before your trip.

It is best to arrive in Vienna the night before if you need to fly this early flight.

An NH Hotel is directly across the street from the Airport Departures Hall and is a convenient place to stay.

A airport transfer bus from the train station runs about every 30 minutes to the airport- cost 6 euro .You can buy your tickets from the driver.
