First time Austria - help with itinerary please!

Hello all. Very grateful for any advice. My boyfriend and I (mid 30s) are planning a trip to Austria for June 2007. We will have 2 weeks and can fly in/out of either Vienna or Budapest (or in to one and out of the other!) We would like to be in Vienna on the 25/26 June to see some of the Choral Competition (unless somebody tells me that it is not worth coming to see!) We may also like to go to Graz for the Styriate festival - or is that very busy and touristy?

Other than that, we are very flexible. We would like a combination of city, culture, lakes, mountains, walking, small inns, luxury hotels, music, art and of course wine - anything goes really! I am simply looking for suggestions as to what you (the experts!) would do if you had this flexibility. We%26#39;re not on a budget and we just want to see as much as we can of this country whilst also going home refreshed and relaxed!

Any ideas or thoughts would be very gratefully received!

Many thanks in advance for your time
