Shopping for New year in Viena

Please help!

I am visiting Viena for the first time and I would like to visit shops and buy nice and cheap perfume, if posible.

I will be in Viena from 30 th deccember till 2 nd January. Are the shops working?

on December 30th and January 2nd are the two days when you can shop. 31st will be closed because it is a Sunday and 1st will be closed because it is a holiday.
