castle hotels in vienna, salzburg, prague

We are traveling with 2 kids and would like to stay in a castle or 2 during our trip...any ideas? thanks

Hotel Schloss ( castle)Fuschl in Hof near to Salzburg is a very nice place- but check the price- Most castle style hotels are expensive
