We hope to travel to Salzburg with our 2 young children at the beginning of March. I would be grateful for any recommendations for either self-catering accomodation or other accomodation with at least 2 separate sleeping areas within a mile of Salzburg old town. Thanks.

Our family has stayed at a self-catering about 15 minutes by car outside Salzburg. Wonderful people. Parents and my brother%26#39;s family have stayed twice with Hans and Luise, and now they visit us! www.vacationinsalzburg.com
Luise used to be a tour guide, so she has a wealth of knowledge to share! Hope this helps.

A friend of mine has a longer term lease there but I understand they are available for they seemto be within the town. We are going there in May - too late for me to report back.
