Train Venice to Salzburg

Information please

Travelling by train Venice to Salzburg - Is there an understandable website I can access for timetables, cost and also how long it will take. Thanks. Any thoughts appreciated.

Ps Have now booked Pension Sandwirt in Salzburg.

The carrier in Italy is Trenitalia (www.trenitalia.it), in Austria it%26#39;s ÖBB (www.oebb.at)

To: Salzburg Hbf.

There are 2 good connections during the day, one at 8.46 and one at 14.44 with one easy change at Villach.

As it%26#39;s an international journey with one change, you can%26#39;t buy tickets online. Just go to the railway station and get the tickets at the ticket counter, they should not be that expensive.

The website does not directly quote the fare. The respective 1st class / 2nd class fares from Venice to Salzburg would be somewhere around 98 € / 65 €.
