Linz to Salzburg

What is the best and easiest way of getting from Linz airport to Salzburg? Is the train station near or is there an airport bus service?

I noticed you asked about Munich to Salzburg too. Can I ask why you%26#39;re not flying directly to Salzburg when there are such cheap flights there from the UK?

Hi LizR,

Yes, well we are getting married on 1st June in Salzburg and just trying to cover all options for people. We (and many family and friends) live on the south coast in Brighton and there are not many flights from Gatwick. Also, RyanAir does fly from Stansted but the times are not great. Personally, I think the trip is quite easy and I am going direct to Salzburg, but you know how difficult these things get and people expect us to have all the answers. Just trying to please everyone really. Any help is appreciated.
