Hi there. Just returned from Seefeld on Saturday after a fab skiing holiday. The transfer from Innsbruck to Seefeld is apiece of cake. Maximum time is 30mins - barely enough time to get your ski pass etc from the Rep. The roads are not too steep or windy, and are wide enough not to scare the s** out of you.
If you prefer to get a taxi it is around 35 euros each way. Some people did that to avoid an early start for the return journey.
The airport is small but has a coffee shop and a newsagents but not much else. We bought juice and biscuits the day before from the supermarket to ease the wait after check-in.
You will love Seefeld, there is so much to do apart from the skiing.
Have a lovely time.
