Does anyone know of a very nice and clean hotel that is in a good location that could accomodate my family of 5? Thanks

Perhaps a nice apartment would be a good option-

The Konig von Ungarn has delightful rooms, split on two levels like an apartment, which have a double bed on one level and two singles up on the other. My family have stayed there twice, I dare say they might be able to add an extra put-me-up bed too! Certainly worth enquiring as it is a rather delightful establishment. You can find them here if it%26#39;s of any interest...

Our family of four enjoyed our stay at the Starlight Renegasse July 2006. It was a suite with two large seperate rooms so privacy was available. A double was in the bedroom and they placed two comfortable roll-aways in the large sitting room. The sitting room was definitely large enough for another roll away, so you might want to inquire. Each room had a TV which definitely was a plus for our kids.

The Hotel Beim Theresianum is very family-friendly. The staff is wonderful, they are all German, but speak AMAZINGLY good english. The best part about this hotel is it%26#39;s location. You walk up a hill ONE block to get on the U-bahn and in 3 stops you are in the city center. It%26#39;s less crowded, not as many cars, and there is a grocery store ONE block downhill called zielpunkt which is perfect because you can go there and stock up for the day for the family. it is so clean, and there is a complimentary breakfast each day that will last you for hours. Juices, teas, coffee, pastries, cereal, fruit, yogurt, eggs, bagels, everything you could imagine. Especially NUTELLA!

I lived there for months and I am so jealous of anyone going there. There is a wonderful garden out back where your kids could play and seriously, you can%26#39;t find a better staff. If Julia is still there, she is the most wonderful person at any hotel I have EVER been to, and I travel all the time. It is so clean, and family friendly, with an elevator or stairs, and it%26#39;s small so you don%26#39;t have to worry about it being overcrowded with too many people. I just love it so much.

It%26#39;s off the Sudtiroler Platz stop on the U-1 which goes all over town, just get a pass that gets you on the public transportation for however long you will be there. You will NOT be disappointed. You can walk to the Belvedere Palace from there and go to the beautiful gardens, you can shop on the street, and if you want to just walk downtown instead it doesn%26#39;t take long at all. AAAAAAAAAHHHHHH i love it. have a wonderful time no matter where you stay.

Hi

We a family of five and have just returned. We stayed at Hotel Pension Suzanne - as suggested by Vertical. It was great - It has an entrance hall, two large bedrooms, a large lounge (with a single bed in the corner) fridge and some basics - the bathroom and toilet has just been redone(very tastfully) and the furnishings also looked new - it suited us perfectly as the location could not have been better - right opp the Opera house, on the pedestrian shopping street - so the teens could come and go as they pleased. The breakfast was good and the staff most helpful.

I highly recommend this - we got a rate of Euro 239 per night for all of us incl breakfast.

Hope this helps.
